Returns and Refunds

Returns – Non-Custom Items Only

We offer a 30-day return policy on items that are not custom made.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at admin@forgedfilament.co.uk.
Approved returns must be sent to the the address specified, which we will give you as part of the refund process.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Custom-Made Products – No Right to Cancel or Refund

All custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This exclusion applies regardless of reason, including change of mind, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or dissatisfaction with design choices approved prior to manufacture.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which remove the right to cancel for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

The only exception is where a custom-made item is faulty or damaged on delivery (see below).

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at admin@forgedfilament.co.uk as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before ordering.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
For eligible non-custom items, the fastest way to obtain a replacement is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

EU Customers (Outside the UK)

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period only for non-custom-made items.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalised products.

Refunds (Where Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
